As of June 5, 2025, Seneca Manufacturing has been officially certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. We are excited to share this achievement with our customers, as it demonstrates our commitment to delivering quality products and services through well-defined, documented processes. While we’ve always prioritized quality in everything we do, this certification ensures that we have the tools and systems in place to identify and resolve quality issues faster, ultimately creating a more efficient and productive environment.

Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification marks a significant milestone for us, as it standardizes our operations and drives continuous improvement. The certification requires a comprehensive approach to quality management, allowing us to refine our workflows, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet the highest industry standards consistently.

We partnered with CertFast, Inc., an accredited quality management system certification body, to achieve this certification. CertFast’s expertise and guidance were instrumental in helping us establish the necessary systems to meet the rigorous requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

What is ISO (International Organization for Standardization)? ISO is a global federation of national standards organizations, comprising over 160 countries. As a non-governmental organization, ISO develops and publishes international standards that ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across various industries. Each member country is represented by its own national standards body, working together to establish globally recognized criteria that promote consistent, reliable practices worldwide. These standards help organizations improve their operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain high levels of quality across products and services.
